Packaging Testers 

Compression testing machine is used to measure the compression applied to materials.

This equipment utilizes electrolytic detection method. It is a basic type and designed for WVTR test of flexible films, sheets and foils. 

 applicable to the determination of air permeability of decorating materials used in cars, e.g. polyurethane, expanded plastics, PVC, leather, textiles, non-woven and other materials.

It is designed for the tearing test of films, sheets, flexible PVC, PVDC, waterproof films, woven materials, polypropylene, polyester, paper, cardboard, textiles and nonwovens.

A heat sealer is a machine used to seal products, packaging, and other thermoplastic materials using heat. 

It is to determine the suitable sealing parameters (sealing temperature, dwell time and pressure) for materials.

It is professional applicable to the determination of oxygen transmission rate of film and package products, including plastic films, composite films, sheeting, plastic bottles, plastic bags and other packages.

A friction tester, also called a coefficient-of-friction (COF) tester, makes a measurement of a sheet-like substrate such as paper, corrugated, plastic film or paperboard which determines the angle of inclination at which one substrate affixed to a sled will begin to slide/slip against the surface of another substrate of a similar material.

It is used to determine the impact resistance of materials including plastic films, paper, foils, etc. by free falling dart or ball method according to ASTM F1709 (method A and method B).

It is applicable in the precise impact resistance test of plastic films, sheets, laminated films, rubber and other nonmetal material. 

Pattern Thickness Tester

This instrument tests the dissolving-out amount of test sample soaked in specified liquid.

It is applicable for the packaging field, film plant, food , printing ink testing institution, scientific research institute, medical units to sterilize material and test the boiling property of high temperature resistance of the packaging materials.

This instrument can make tensile, peel, heat seal, pierce, tear, compression, bending, cutting tests of plastics, plastic film, composite film, soft elastic material, rubber sheet, adhesives, paper, nonwoven fabrics, infusion bag and so on.

This instrument tests the heat shrinkage of plastic film after heated in liquid medium in higher temperature.

This instrument tests the hermetic sealing status of closed packaging bag or container.

This instrument tests the hot tack strength of plastic film after heat sealed in different conditions of temperature, pressure and time.

This instrument tests the ink layer bonding strength of printed plastic film, also applicable to the bonding layer formed by other process such as lamination and coating. It is pneumatic drive to apply pressure, can adjust pressure.

This instrument is used to stick adhesive tape to the printed surface of plastic film to make sample for Disc Peeling Tester to do experiment.

This instrument is used to cut samples of plastic film, paper etc for tensile tester to do experiment. All made of steel, compact structure, easy to use, can cut out precise sample size, smooth and even edge, not damage sample. Can customize sample width.

PKT-X-Rite 528 Spectrodensitometer is used to test color properties such as density, dot gain, trapping, print contrast, gray balance, hue error, L*a*b*, L*C*h, Yxy and so on. Can test special colors and process color.
