Camera: 6-megapixel high-resolution cryogenic CCD camera with a minimum cooling temperature of -68°C

Multi-position filter wheel: There are 6/8-bit filter wheels and a variety of filters available.

Reflected light source:UV Reflection: Standard 254nm wavelength, optionally with 302/365nm wavelength. Used for imaging of non-transparent UV excited samples such as TLC plates.
RGB three-color fluorescence: standard red, green and blue three-color LED fluorescent light source for multi-color fluorescence imaging.

Transmission UV table: 21 × 21cm large area sample table, optional electric lift type. For chemiluminescent samples.

Transmission light source:
UV white light conversion plate: can be used for translucent white light excitation sample imaging such as protein gel, petri dishes. Optional white light transmission board.
Transmission UV station: Standard 302nm+365nm dual-wavelength UV station. For imaging translucent UV excited samples such as nucleic acid gels.
Transmission Blu-ray (optional): Can be used for excitation of special dyes such as SYBR Green, GeneFinder, etc.

Darkroom: The completely sealed darkroom structure ensures that the sample does not interfere with other light sources when shooting.

Chemiluminescence imaging
Labgeni® allows direct imaging of PVDF membranes/NC membranes for Western Blots, eliminating the need for darkroom exposure visualization in darkrooms. It is equipped with a deep-cooled CCD camera, with high sensitivity, can capture weak chemiluminescence signals, and is equipped with a 21×21cm large-scale chemiluminescence sample platform that can simultaneously photograph multiple PVDF/NC membranes.

Software Analysis
LabgeniTM CIS imaging system is equipped with a built-in computer and includes SageCaptureTM imaging software, which is streamlined and designed for quick and easy sample imaging. Lane 1DTM analysis software can be downloaded from the official website for free. The software can automatically identify lanes and strips, and has a variety of built-in Markers to automatically calculate the quality and size of the destination strip.
