This closed-loop spray system is specially designed for the low flash point or slightly toxic, flammable and explosive characteristics of organic solvents. It is an ideal closed-loop dryer for laboratory small-scale to pilot-scale tests. , The drying of toxic materials and oxidizable materials provides a new and reliable method.

Touch screen control

One-button start-up, setting spray process parameters, process running can be clearly displayed on touch screen

Spray drying tower

Atomized material is fully contacted with hot gas to evaporate solvent in material & dry into small powder.

Peristaltic pump

Bidirectional & equal flow delivery capability, no damage is no liquid empty operation, can generate vacuum of 98%: can easily transport solid, liquid or gas-liquid mixed fluids, allowing fluids Contained solids up to 40% of inner diameter of tubular: do not contact with anything other than hose.

Spray nozzle

Concentric spray head. Make sure that there is no eccentricity to any side of bottle wall; spray head can move up and down after installation, adjust atomization position so can improve spray drying effect;

Oxygen analyzer

Detect oxygen content in pipeline and display in real time. When oxygen content is higher than set value, a corresponding signal will be sent to stop part functions such as heating and feeding.

Two-stage condensate tank

Used in conjunction with a low temperature constant temperature tank, low temperature can liquefy high temperature solvent vapor flowing in tank, which is convenient for solvent recovery.

Switch group

One-button start switch, emergency stop, inverter fan control panel, which can perform functions such as start, stop and speed regulation.

Dust filtration device

Small amount of solid small particles not separated are separated from the high temperature solvent vapor through a filter device

Pressure reducing valve

Adjust inlet pressure of gas required for atomization.

Heating equipment

Used to heat gas in pipeline, double-layer design, higher heating efficiency and energy saving.

Explosion-proof digital pressure gauge

Real-time display of current pressure of pipeline, monitoring of system running status, when set value is exceeded, a corresponding signal will be sent, and parts functions will be stopped like heating and feeding.

Safety valve (top), Exhaust/Intake (bottom)

Safety valve: When pressure rises sharply and exceeds set value, it can realize function of rapid pressure relief. Exhaust/air inlet: function of air intake into the system or the system exhaust air can be realized as required
