The top spray device of the multifunctional spray granulator is composed of a conical pot body and an expansion chamber. Because the pot body is conical, the fountain fluidization state in the pot body is ensured, and the air intake air pushes the materials in the pot upward. Entering the expansion chamber, because the diameter of the expansion chamber is larger than the air inlet at the bottom of the pot body, the wind speed of the inlet air decreases, and the material falls because its own gravity is greater than the wind force, and the material moves back and forth between the pot body and the expansion chamber. The top of the expansion chamber has multiple gun mounts for spraying atomized liquids during granulation and coating. Top spray can be used in many aspects such as drying, granulation and taste masking coating.

The bottom spray device of the multi-function spray granulator is composed of a conical pot body and a built-in guide tube. The bottom of the pot body adopts a double air duct air intake structure to control the air flow inside and outside the guide tube. The material moves upward at high speed in the guide tube, enters the expansion chamber and falls outside the guide tube, and so on. The atomizing spray gun is installed in the center of the guide tube, and the spray gun sprays liquid from the bottom to the top, and the direction is consistent with the direction of the material and air flow. Bottom spray is mainly used for functional coating of various pellets and fine particles.
