Illumination culture | Optional light source | Closed light source

BIOF-P series of light bioreactors is a bioreactor system for illumination culture developed by Bioreactek® for laboratory users. It is suitable for the cultivation of photosynthetic bacteria and algae. The equipment supports the adjustment of multiple parameters such as pH, DO, temperature, light, stirring speed, gas flow, etc. The tank body is equipped with 4 baffles to ensure the mixing effect during the cultivation process and effectively reduce the generation of foam. The tank body is equipped with a glass jacket temperature control, which fully exerts the sensitivity and stability of temperature control under the premise of ensuring illumination culture.

BIOF-P photo bioreactor adopts a closed light source design. The glass tank body can be completely immersed in the metal shell. 16 light strips are distributed around the inside of the metal shell, which ensures the projection effect of light on the one hand and avoids the influence of environmental factors on illumination culture on the other hand. The equipment can customize the light source color according to the user’s own needs to fully meet

Safe & durable full system adaptation

Bioreactek™ has fully upgraded the glass culture container for laboratory fermentation users. The new tank is suitable for all Bioreactek™ glass fermenters and bioreactors. The working volume includes 3L, 5L, 7L and 13L, and individual series accept custom made.

The new version of the tank is composed of a glass culture container, an external support, a tank cover component, and a BIOF-Mix mixing component, which has the technical advantages of easy disassembly and cleaning. The main components are made of borosilicate glass and AISI 316L stainless steel. During the production and acceptance process, we will repeatedly conduct pressure tests and simulations on the tank body to ensure the safety factor and stability of the experimental work.
