UH-P Series None touch ultrasonic homogenizer

UH-P Series None Touch Ultrasonic Homogenizer is also called a cup ultrasonic crusher. It can be crushed in a closed container, sterile, and ultra-trace conditions. Compared with the traditional probe ultrasonic cell crusher, this instrument has the advantages of being able to detect multiple samples at a time, high experimental efficiency, no need to frequently operate the probe, and avoiding sample cross-contamination. The instrument is equipped with a low-temperature constant temperature device (original double-circulation constant temperature device) as standard, which facilitates the sample to work in an environment of 4-10℃, so that the energy distribution is uniform and the ultrasonic effect is complete. It has gradually become an indispensable standardized tool for ChIP (chromatin immunoprecipitation) and DNA shearing research platforms.

Application Areas

  • DNA fragmentation of next generation sequencing samples
  • High-throughput sequencer sample pre-treatment
  • Bacteria and cell disruption and membrane protein extraction
  • Emulsification, homogenization, accelerated dissolution
  • Ultrasonic treatment of precious reagents
  • ChIP assay (chromatin immunoprecipitation)
