Main functions and features
- The furnace chamber is made of high-quality 1700 type alumina polycrystalline fiber inorganic materials formed by vacuum adsorption with Japanese technology. It has good insulation performance, high tensile strength, no impurities, and high purity. The inner surface of the furnace is coated with imported 1700 degrees high temperature heat insulation. The thermal insulation coating can improve the reflectivity and heating efficiency of the furnace, and at the same time extend the service life of the furnace, and the energy-saving effect is obviously better than that of domestic fiber materials;
- The heating element adopts high-quality silicon molybdenum rod, which has a long service life;
- Adopting the built-in furnace design, after strict thermal calculation, the furnace is equipped with breathing holes, which can reduce the shrinkage of the furnace and prolong the service life of the furnace;
- The left-open furnace door has the function of opening the door and cutting off power to ensure the safety of experimental operation;
- Reserve pores, so the volatilized gas from sintering during the experiment can be easily discharged;
- The data conversion interface is reserved, with the software, and the computer is interconnected, which can realize the remote control, real-time tracking, historical record, output report and other functions of a single or multiple electric furnaces;
- With over-temperature alarm and power-off function and leakage protection measures, the operation is safe and reliable.
